SOFT SKILLS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: HOW TECHNOLOGY IS CHANGING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS' SOFT SKILLS

This article addresses the problematic issues that reveal the relationship between the development of high school students' soft skills through artificial intelligence. The purpose of the study is to determine how AI technologies influence the requirements for soft skills in high school students and to offer recommendations for their development. The research methods were literature analysis, surveys, methods of statistical analysis, generalization and comparison. As a result, it was found that indeed, in the opinion of all four surveyed groups (teachers, parents, employers and students) AI technologies change the requirements for the development of high school students' soft skills. The study has theoretical significance as it expands the understanding provides a new perspective on the role and importance of soft skills in the context of AI technologies and on what really influences the soft skills requirements of high school students. The practical significance lies in the proposed model of soft skills development at school level. And also its results can be used for the development of educational programs and methodological materials, which can be aimed at the development of the necessary soft skills in high school students. The study can also serve as a basis for the creation of special courses and trainings aimed at preparing high school students to work in the conditions of AI-technologies.
